When our shop manager took delivery of his brand new 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor, we were immediately captivated by its stunning design, luxury SUV-like ride quality, and impressive off-roading capabilities. However, we soon realized that due to the truck's recent release, aftermarket support is currently somewhat limited. Essential upgrades like hood dampers, underbody protection, and truck sealing systems are scarce. While some options exist, few are from US-based shops, potentially complicating customer support and shipping.
Leveraging our in-house CNC machining and prototyping capabilities—honed since our early racing days—we've decided to fill this gap. Our team is now developing a range of high-quality aftermarket parts specifically for the 6th Generation 2024+ Ford Ranger Raptor, ensuring fellow enthusiasts can modify and customize their Raptors with locally-made, high-quality upgrades.
Ranger Raptor A-Pillar Light Brackets V2
Our first product, a set of A-pillar light brackets, exemplifies our commitment to this mission. Simple yet effective, these brackets are currently one of the few options available in the North American market, and they've been selling rapidly. They look particularly striking when paired with Strands Lighting DARK KNIGHT FORTEX.
Building on this success, we're now planning for a new, upgraded version of this product. Our goals are to further improve fitment, surface finish, and design aesthetics. Once done, it will be a sleeker, slimmer product. Since it is still in design phase, we'd love to hear your input on overall styling, material choice, and color options!
Ranger Raptor Tailgate Sealing System
Besides that, we are also developing a tailgate sealing system that will keep the moisture, dirt and debris out of the truck opening area. This is a highly requested product according to our fellow enthusiasts on the Ranger6G forum. To ensure optimum fitment, we have conducted a 3D scanning to fully capture the contour of the opening. We're considering aerospace-grade titanium or carbon fiber for the material, promising a product that not only meets functional goals but also serves as an aesthetic enhancement to your Ranger Raptor.
